JD Executive – Cargo Sales Support

Reporting to: Manager / Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities.

• Collaborate with partner airlines to manage interline cargo operations.
• Analyze data to improve interline and RFS efficiency.
• Act as the point of contact between ground handling agent, airlines and customers for interline- related concerns.
• Responsible for managing and supporting Interline, GSA and trucking company’s agreement.
• Monitor and optimize the utilization of cargo space for interline shipment.
• Ensure Compliance with IATA rules, airlines policies and international cargo regulation.
• Develop / Monitor performance of RFS network in INDIA and Overseas.
• Creating offline network in consultation with the GSA and network planning for INTO INDIA and Ex-INDIA.
• Track and analyze the transshipment performance across network, including transit time, volume and revenue contribution and identify inefficiencies in the transshipment process and propose corrective actions.

Reporting and documentation

Prepare weekly detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders

Maintain operational records of interline.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any stream

1-3 Years of experience of sales in Cargo

Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of Cargo Automation Software (SmartKargo, Cargospot etc)
