The Training Coordinator is a critical role to the site. This position is tasked with coordinating training in compliance with the certification process for all areas of GE Aerospace Rutland. The role will support the Site Training Leader as well as the Training Specialist and business units in administering the site hourly job movement practices. Responsibilities:
- Manage Dacum and Covalent databases as well as certification, job movement and job posting records
- Provide oversight and training at all levels regarding job movement policies and practices as well as on the job training (OJT) and certifications
- Administer polling/posting practices and track hourly employee movement
- Interface with CRB’s and Steering Committee on issues specific to training, including managing area training material
- Facilitate and schedule training classes, seminars, new employee orientation
- Partner with businesses in development of training for hourly population (including TWI-JI, TWI-JM, TWI-JR, etc.)
- Proactively identify training gaps (development/delivery) and partner with businesses on solutions
- Support internal and external audits for compliance
- Flexibility to work overtime/support all shifts
- Coordinate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction and on-the-job training
- Partner with Training Leader to establish and sustain a learning cell for new hires and continuing education opportunities
- Responsible for site metrics to include overdue training, refresher training with weekly training reports
- Support efforts to improve and standardize on-the-job training
- Track and report on training outcomes
- Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
- Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees
- Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
- Map out training plans for individual roles
- Schedule meetings with leadership to proactively identify topics to be addressed or areas in need of additional instruction
- Maintain consistency to policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing)

The salary range for this position is $ 80,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on June 25, 2025.
