Reports to: Director of Maintenance

CHI Aviation is seeking qualified candidates for a Logistics Specialist position – remote, austere, and OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States). The schedule will be six weeks on and six weeks off, including travel and training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory tracking, management, and control of aircraft parts at locations.
• Tracking parts as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage ordering, shipping, and receiving to include green tag component control with base-to-base transfers of parts, Class 1, and A11 GSE parts.
• Conduct GSE preventative maintenance scheduling as needed.
• Enter and order parts in the WinAir system of record.
• Track and maintain hazardous goods and storage.
• Maintain parts shelf-life tracking and conduct monthly auditing.
• Manage U.S. Mail/COMAT.
• Manage vehicle maintenance monitoring to include lease contract compliance for preventative maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• S. citizen with a current passport. 
• Must have the ability to obtain security clearance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
