We’re looking for an Electromechanical Technician to play a key role in assembling, integrating, and supporting sophisticated simulator systems—both in a modern integration facility and occasionally at customer sites. You’ll work alongside talented engineering and integration teams while gaining exposure to innovative technologies and meaningful growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble advanced simulator systems with a focus on electrical, controls, IT, and mechanical components
• Build and install electrical harnesses, connectors, and control panels
• Perform mechanical and hydraulic assembly using a variety of tools
• Interpret and work from CAD drawings and technical documentation
• Support field repairs and on-site integration, as required
• Troubleshoot electromechanical systems and contribute to continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with Systems Engineering, Mechanical Design, Electrical Design, and Software Integration teams

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on mechanical assembly experience
• 2–3 years working with electrical harnesses and control panels
• Experience with connector assembly and crimping
• Strong comfort using mechanical tools
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
• Comfortable working independently with a high level of autonomy
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
• Ability to obtain Reliability Status and NATO Secret clearance

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience assembling control cabinets
• Exposure to CAE systems or simulators
• Aerospace or defense industry experience

• Environment: Start‑up style, hands-on warehouse where simulators are built from the ground up
• Contract to hire: long term, permanent opportunity
• Team Size: 4 total (computer scientist, mechanic, and two junior electronics technicians)
• Culture: English-speaking, non‑unionized, collaborative, and practical
• Dress Code: Steel‑toe work boots with clean, casual workwear
• Schedule: Ideal hours are 8:00–5:00 (core hours 9:00–3:00); flexibility required to meet project deadlines
• Travel: Openness to travel to Singapore and U.S. military bases is required

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $39.00/hr.
