The RoleWe are seeking a Deal Manager for OCC Solutions (Ops & Crew Management) to drive business growth. You will be the bridge between our Product and Sales teams, ensuring that our commercial proposals are technically sound, profitable, and aligned with our long-term strategy. Your mission is to secure order intake and revenue targets while optimizing our delivery resources.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Deal Manager, you will oversee the Product organization’s contribution to the end-to-end sales process:
Sales Strategy & Support: Partner with commercial teams during the qualification stage and represent Skywise at industry events.
Deal Assessment: Execute the &34;Bid/No-Bid&34; strategy, prioritize the sales pipeline, and provide approved pricing to meet profitability targets.
RFP Coordination: Lead the technical response to RFPs, securing the scope, deployment timelines, and support conditions committed to the customer.
Contract Negotiation: Act as the &34;Voice of the Product&34; during negotiations, reviewing and approving deviations from standard terms.
Solution Trials: Coordinate and run product trials for active commercial pursuits.
Delivery Alignment: Ensure deployment progress matches initial assumptions and leads discussions if contractual amendments are required.
Financial Performance: Collaborate with Finance and Business Management to validate revenue targets and monitor implementation progress.
Your Profile
Experience:
Strong background in Airline Flight Operations within an OCC environment.
Prior experience as a system administrator or trainer for an airline operations and crew system is highly desirable
Prior exposure to business management or contract negotiation is highly desirable.
Technical & Soft Skills:Analytical Power: Superior problem-solving skills with a focus on profitability.
Communication: English proficiency at a negotiation level; ability to interact confidently with senior management and global partners.
Drive: High energy, self-motivated to overachieve goals, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
