Aircraft Structures Technician $39-46/hour + $160/Day Per DiemOverviewJoin a high-performing aviation maintenance team where your expertise directly impacts the safety and performance of commercial aircraft. As a Structures Technician, you’ll play a critical role in inspecting, repairing, and modifying aircraft structures—including fuselage, landing gear fittings, and structural components—on large commercial platforms.
This is an opportunity to work on widebody aircraft (Boeing & Airbus) within a dynamic and safety-driven environment, contributing to a major cargo conversion program.
What You’ll Do- Perform inspection, repair, and modification of aircraft structural components in accordance with FAA regulations, engineering data, and maintenance manuals
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine repair methods and sequences
- Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal components using proper layout and machining techniques
- Execute structural repairs including drilling, riveting, fastening, and part replacement
- Select and work with appropriate metallic and composite materials based on engineering specifications
- Accurately layout, measure, and mark materials using precision tools
- Maintain compliance by completing logs, work cards, and documentation for all work performed
- Support general shop operations including equipment upkeep and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
What You Bring- 3–5+ years of aircraft structures experience in a commercial aviation environment
- Hands-on experience with large aircraft (above CRJ 900)—Boeing and/or Airbus preferred
- Strong in sheet metal repair, aircraft modification, and structural assembly
- Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specs
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal basic tool set required

Work Environment- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Location: Primarily supporting a B777 Cargo Conversion Program (with flexibility across projects)
- Hands-on role requiring standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working around aircraft structures
- Use of specialized equipment including rivet guns, shear tools, and hydraulic press brakes
- Requires adherence to strict safety protocols, including use of PPE (goggles, harnesses, face shields)
