Were looking for a proactive and hands‑on Assembly Team Leader to support daily operations, drive team performance, and keep production running smoothly within our Assemblies UAP. If you thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and enjoy developing people, this role is for you.What youll do- Coordinate workload and resources across shifts to maintain continuous production flow- Resolve daily issues, escalating when needed- Lead 5S standards and promote strong Health & Safety behaviours- Develop team capability, identify training needs, and support operator onboarding- Drive lean thinking and continuous improvement initiatives- Collaborate with manufacturing support teams to solve problems quickly- Deputise for the Process Manager in key meetings and operational routinesWhat youll bring- Strong communication and decision‑making skills- A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on quality and improvement- Ability to analyse problems and implement effective solutions- A team‑focused approach with the confidence to influence and negotiate- Resilience, accountability, and a drive for high standards
