Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aircraft Mechanic holding a valid A&P certificate with Inspection Authorization (IA). The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience as an IA and a strong working knowledge of general aviation and turboprop aircraft. This role involves performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs while ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Perform annual inspections and return-to-service approvals in accordance with IA privileges

Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on general aviation and turboprop aircraft

Accurately document all maintenance actions in compliance with FAA regulations

Diagnose mechanical and system issues and implement effective solutions

Ensure aircraft meet airworthiness standards prior to release

Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and safety
