Make an ImpactAs a Customer Resolution Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end processing of aircraft spare parts orders for customers across the Americas. Your ability to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate order flow will directly impact customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and operational success in a high-stakes aerospace environment.
What You Will DoCore Responsibilities (85)Manage and proactively maintain a customer-specific open order book
Respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality communication
Identify and resolve blockers impacting quotes, orders, and deliveries
Support on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations
Train and support customers on e-commerce platforms
Monitor and improve KPIs such as:
Collaborate with internal teams and keep leadership informed of progress and risks
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and internal processes
Participate in team meetings and cross-functional collaboration
Additional Responsibilities (15)Participate in or lead customer meetings as needed
Support cross-functional projects and initiatives
Assist other teams and regions based on workload demands
Contribute to improved communication and customer order performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Associate’s Degree
1–3 years of customer service experience in a similar environment
Strong computer proficiency (85 of role is system-based)
Experience with Office 365 or Google Suite, including spreadsheets and databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
Preferred QualificationsExperience with end-to-end order processing or aviation industry knowledge
Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Skywise, C4C, Back Office, or Freshdesk
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing customer portfolios or complex order flows
Intercultural awareness and ability to work with global teams

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
