JMC Aviation is recruiting an Administrator to support ongoing aerospace production activities in Venegono, Italy.

This position will play a key role in supporting operational efficiency onsite by assisting team leaders with administrative coordination and production tracking activities within a fast-paced aerospace environment.

• Assisting with clocking activities on MES systems
• Updating and adding job card percentages
• Closing completed job cards
• Tracking missing parts and production updates
• Supporting communication between onsite teams
• Maintaining accurate administrative records and documentation
• Providing general onsite administrative support

• Previous administration experience
• Good organisational and communication skills
• English and Italian language skills
• Ability to work onsite in Venegono
• Right to work in the EU

• Previous experience within aerospace, engineering or manufacturing environments
• Experience working with production or maintenance documentation systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
